In an agile software development project, when can the customer review the first piece of working software?
Explanation
After the first iteration — every iteration (sprint) ends with working software the customer can review.
Agile development splits the work into short, fixed-length iterations, usually one to four weeks. Each iteration plans, builds, tests and delivers a potentially shippable increment, and at its end (the sprint review in Scrum) the increment is shown to the customer, whose feedback shapes the next iteration.
