Which of the following is an explanation of a business process model?
Explanation
The business activities and data flows subject to computerization — that is what a business process model specifies.
Before a system is built, the business is modelled: which activities are performed, in what order, and which data passes between them, using notations such as DFD, E-R diagrams or BPMN. The model shows which parts of the work the system will take over, so it is a picture of the business, not of the programs.
